Are you a psychology graduate eager to gain practical experience, or someone that is passionate about supporting young people with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities?
A specialist Secondary School in Oxford is seeking a dedicated and caring person to join their welcoming team.
As a PMLD Assistant, you will:
Supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning disabilities on a one-to-one or small group basis.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering personalised learning activities tailored to individual needs.
Supporting students with mobility, including the safe use of hoists, wheelchairs, standing frames, and other specialist equipment (where trained).
Assisting with feeding programmes and following individual care plans where required.
Supporting students with sensory activities, sensory integration, and multi-sensory learning experiences.We are looking for a PMLD Assistant who:
