Small Area to cover (Only 1 Mile radius)
£40,000 + Overtime

Day to Day:
Property maintenance
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
Experience within Property Maintenance
Must be good with plumbing works
General maintenance
Carpentry, and locks
Painting/Damp works
Basic skills in other traders
