Plumber Multi Trader – Social Housing
Location: Salford
Pay: £820 per week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We're Hiring!
We are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a well-known team working within the Social Housing sector across Salford. This is a contract position offering consistent work, excellent support, and provided transport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing repairs in tenanted and void properties.
* General multi-trade repairs including:
* Basic joinery
* Tiling
* Patch plastering
* Painting and making good
* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard.
* Providing excellent customer service to tenants.
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Plumber Multi Trader.
* Experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
