Plumber – Liverpool – Student Accommodation – Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for 8 experienced Plumbers to join a well-established mechanical contractor on a large student accommodation development in Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure immediate work on a high-profile residential project, with several weeks of work available for the right candidates.
The Role
* First fix plumbing installations within apartments
* Second fix plumbing works
* Working across a 4-block, 500-bed student accommodation scheme
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
* Working efficiently to programme deadlines while maintaining health & safety standards
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (preferred)
* Valid CSCS/JIB Skills Card
* Previous experience on residential or student accommodation projects
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Own tools and PPE
