Are you an experienced Plumber Multi looking for a secure, permanent role with excellent benefits, a company van, and opportunities to boost your earnings through overtime and call-out work?

A leading housing provider is seeking a skilled Plumber Multi to join its Responsive Repairs Team covering the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area.

Working across occupied residential properties, you'll carry out a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities include:

Plumbing repairs and maintenance
Installation and replacement of sanitary ware, baths, shower trays and level-deck showers
Kitchen sink installations
Pipework installation including copper, push-fit, waste and rainwater systems
Repair and replacement of taps, valves and associated fittings
Water supply, drainage and heating system pipework repairs
Installation and repair of domestic appliances including showers and washing machines
Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal
Basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating and general maintenance tasks as required

To be successful, you'll need:

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent), or at least 5 years' relevant plumbing experience
Experience working in occupied properties
Strong customer service skills
A good understanding of health and safety best practice
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidence using mobile technology such as tablets or PDAs
Full UK driving licence with at least 1 year's driving experienceDesirable:
