Description:
A client of mine, a prominent Housing Association and Property Maintenance Company, is seeking an experienced Plumber to join their Responsive Repairs Team in the Basingstoke area.
Key Responsibilities:
Repairs to domestic plumbing installations
Vinyl floor laying
Installation of replacement sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, and associated equipment
Installation of kitchen sinks and new pipework (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)
Repairs and installation of sundry items such as taps, ball valves, and drainage stop taps
Installing and repairing water mains, heating system pipework, and domestic appliances (showers, washing machines)
Maintenance and renewal of cold water storage tanks
Work on vented and unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative)Skills & Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
Proven experience in all aspects of plumbing work
Strong customer service skills and experience working in occupied premises
Full UK Driving Licence (minimum 2 years' experience)Salary & Benefits:
