Plumber – 1st & 2nd Fix – Nether Wallop, Hampshire
Plumber required for a refurbishment project in Nether Wallop, near Winchester.
We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a large mansion refurbishment project which is being converted into a children's home.
The Role
Location: Nether Wallop, near Winchester
Project: Mansion refurbishment / conversion
Work: 1st & 2nd fix plumbing
Duration: Ongoing project
Duties
1st fix plumbing
2nd fix plumbing
Installation of pipework
Bathroom and kitchen installations
Sanitaryware installation
Hot and cold-water systems
Waste pipework
General plumbing duties associated with a full refurbishment
Working from drawings and following site specifications
Requirements
Previous experience on refurbishment projects
Strong 1st and 2nd fix experience
Own tools
Relevant CSCS/JIB card where required
Reliable and able to commit to the project
Immediate start available.
