Build Recruitment are currently working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Plumber to join their maintenance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumber to carry out a range of installation, repair, and maintenance works across residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality plumbing services while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipework
Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
Complete planned and reactive maintenance works
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Work closely with other trades and contractors on projects
Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards
Complete job records and maintain excellent customer service standardsRequirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
Valid CSCS Card
Proven experience within a plumbing maintenance or repairs role
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent communication and customer service skillsDesirable:

Gas Safe Registration
