Plumber - New Build Housing (1st Fix)

We are recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well‑established contractor. This is a static, long‑term position based on a single site, offering consistent hours and a steady workflow across multiple plots. The role is ideal for a Plumber who enjoys structured site work and wants ongoing stability.
Key Responsibilities
1st Fix Installations - full pipework runs, internal services, and preparation for 2nd fix
Installation of hot & cold water systems in line with site specifications
Working from technical drawings and site plans
Coordinating with site managers, supervisors, and other trades to maintain build schedules
Ensuring all work meets current building regulations and quality standards
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work areaRequirements
NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or equivalent qualification
Valid CSCS Card
Proven experience working on new build housing sites
Strong background in 1st fix plumbing
Own tools and full PPE
Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality workmanship
