Rate: PRICE WORK – Negotiable Price Per Plot Mechanical Labour Only
Hours: 40 Per Week
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Long Term – Total of 48x plots on site. 2 Bedroom Cottages
Location: Alcester
We are looking for a mechanical labour only subcontractors for a retirement village project located in Alcester. The village contains 48 plots of 2 Bedroom Cottages. Certain phases due to go into 1st fix stage
Description – Full Drawings and Scope can be provided on request.
* All Mechanical installations
* Bathrooms / Kitchens
* Heat Source Pumps
Required Skills:
* Valid CSCS in plumbing/Mechanical
* Knowledge of Mechanical installs
* Previous experience on a large commercial site
* 2 x professional references
