Bridgeman Recruitment Services are currently looking for experienced Plumbers to join a long-term 5-year social housing refurbishment and maintenance programme in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable plumbers looking for consistent, long-term work with the potential to remain on the project for several years.

Duties will include:

* Plumbing installation and maintenance works

* Repairs and remedial plumbing works

* Working within occupied residential properties

* Bathroom and kitchen plumbing

* General domestic plumbing

* Working alongside other trades and site teams

* Maintaining a high standard of workmanship

* Liaising professionally with tenants where required

Requirements:

* Relevant plumbing qualifications

* Previous experience in domestic plumbing, social housing or refurbishment

* CSCS/JIB card where applicable

* Own tools and PPE

* Good communication skills

* Reliable and professional approach

* Previous experience working in occupied properties would be advantageous

Long-term work available for the right candidates, with the project expected to run for approximately 5 years
