Job Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a qualified and experienced Plumber to join our Clients Property Team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation services. You will be part of a team that makes a real difference to people's lives.
Day to Day of the role:
Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to properties in line with work schedules within their Responsive Repairs Team.
Carry out installations of sanitary ware, baths, showers, kitchen sinks, and new pipework.
Perform maintenance and renewal of cold water storage tanks and unvented cylinder heads.
Engage in basic carpentry, tiling, plastering, and general building skills when necessary.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years of experience in the core trade.
Experience working in occupied premises and delivering excellent customer service.
Proficiency with mobile technology such as iPad or PDA.
Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience.
Ability to drive a company van (subject to a satisfactory licence check and essential qualifications check)
