* Planned Maintenance: Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and preventative maintenance on commercial and domestic plumbing systems.
* Semi-Planned Maintenance: Respond to scheduled repair requests, component replacements, and system optimizations.
* System Diagnostics: Fault-find and resolve issues before they become major failures.
* Install: Installation on new-build/refurb projects
???? What We Are Looking For
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent experience).
* Experience: Proven track record in commercial or domestic planned maintenance.
* License: Full, clean UK driving license.
* Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
* Reliability: Ability to work independently and manage your scheduled diary
