• Future-State Processes: Document current and future processes, identify gaps, and drive decisions across process, data, system and organizational changes.

• Real Service Examples: Select representative products, structures, parts, documents, configurations and data; create realistic end-to-end examples directly in the PLM environment.

• Testing and Validation: Develop Service-specific scenarios, coordinate functional testing and UAT, manage defects and retesting, and secure business validation and sign-off.

• Migration Readiness: Support data profiling, mapping, cleansing, trial migrations, reconciliation and business validation for both versions of Teamcenter..

• Adoption and Change: Engage SMEs and key users; coordinate demonstrations, communications, training inputs and readiness actions with OCM resources.

• Governance and Reporting: Maintain the integrated plan, RAID, decisions and actions; lead project communications and escalate resource, technical and readiness constraints to program leadership.

What You Bring

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Operations Management or a related field. Master Degree in engineering is an asset.

• Proven Experience: At least 10 years of experience in project or program management, PLM implementation, engineering transformation or complex industrial digital transformation, preferably within Service or aftermarket environments.

• PLM Expertise: Demonstrated delivery experience with Teamcenter or a comparable enterprise PLM platform, including product structures and BOMs, parts, documents, CAD, configuration, lifecycle and engineering and service change processes.

• Requirements and Process: Experience translating business needs into requirements, process definitions, test scenarios and acceptance criteria; strong workshop facilitation, process mapping, prioritization and traceability skills.

• Testing and Validation: Hands-on experience coordinating functional testing, end-to-end scenarios, UAT, defect resolution, retesting and business acceptance.

• Data Migration: Experience supporting data profiling, mapping, cleansing, migration trials, reconciliation, validation and data-quality issue management.

• Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery, with the ability to manage integrated plans, RAID, dependencies, resources, executive reporting and quality gates.

• Stakeholder and Change Leadership: Ability to align Service, business, IT, architecture, data, OCM and external delivery teams across multiple functions or locations, while supporting business readiness, key-user engagement, demonstrations and training inputs.

• Tools and Working Style: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and project planning/reporting tools. Hands-on, outcome-focused and comfortable working directly in PLM environments with real business data.

• Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent; Agile/Scrum, Teamcenter/PLM or Prosci certification. Experience in energy, industrial equipment, aerospace, automotive or another engineered-product environment is preferred.
