As a Platform Owner for IAM at Cadent, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and deployment of automated access management processes, integrations, non-SAP platforms and systems to deliver a role-based access model. You will create and lead a seamless delivery of services, targeting non-intrusive, right first-time solutions for colleagues as a platform for system success.

Key Responsibilities
Own the ART Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms strategy and roadmap covering Identity, AM, and Privileged AM, overseeing platform development and integration to meet user and security requirements, and ensuring the delivery of an evergreen roadmap aligned to strategy and best practice.
Work closely with the EUC Team Manager/Platform Owner to ensure the security and health of services, regular patching and maintenance, hardware refresh and software upgrades (where required) are delivered to maintain supportability.
Ensure that the platforms comply with relevant industry standards and regulations and maintains a strong focus on data security, privacy, and cyber requirements.
Provide support as subject matter expert for operational issues, major incidents, and problem records.
Accountable for budget management and tracking costs for support, maintenance, and delivery across products/platforms.
Identify potential risks and challenges related to the platform's development and operation and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate and collaborate with Product/Platform Owners across ARTs/teams to ensure successful delivery of cross-roadmap features and dependencies.
Take ownership of the Access Team backlog, define features and user stories, prioritise work to deliver maximum value & realise business outcomes. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of enabler features & enhancements.
Collaborate with cross functional teams and ARTs, including product/platform managers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather input, prioritise features and ensure the platform meets the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Skills and Experience
Experience with agile development methodologies, inc. SAFe and the role of a Product/Platform Owner therein.
Experience of working in an agile product-centric environment and agile/matrix managed multi-disciplinary technology teams, including deep understanding of agile methodologies.
Proficient in the use of Atlassian products: Jira and Confluence and integrated products such as Miro.
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of platform ownership and delivery.
Hands-on experience of leading agile delivery with mixed teams of in-house and external developers/engineers.
Experience of successfully building, binding, leading and motivating multi-disciplinary in-house technical teams.
Management experience in the delivery of IT services in a multisource model.
Experience in a second/ third line support role in a medium to large company, with significant technical delivery/support responsibility.
Experience supporting 24x7 infrastructure services.
Experienced in driving colleague/customer results through management of direct/indirect resources.
An understanding of the role technology and digital platforms play to enable business value with an overall understanding of the whole lifecycle of technology platforms.
Technical knowledge or qualifications desirable in the following areas:

Identity and Access Management, specifically Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID
Privileged Access Management, specifically CyberArk suite
Authentication, authorisation, and permissions, inc. SSO and MFA
Role based management, particularly SAP
