Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:

We are looking for Platers for long term contract work based in Sheffield.

Immediate Start available (Subject to interview process)

Rate of pay: £17.00 per hour (PAYE).

This will be working on days.

Role and responsibilities:

Your role will be heavy fabrication work, so an ability to work from drawings is essential.

You will be responsible for producing high quality fabrications, on time, to budget and in a safe manner.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes:

Apprentice trained with City and Guilds in Plating or Fabrication and Welding.
Experience of working in quality driven environment
Able to read and understand complicated technical drawings quality documents and QITP.
Competent in all aspects of processing steel i.e., cutting, shearing, drilling and bending.
Ensure tolerances and parameters are met to satisfy quality and output.
Follow and adhere to procedures for both production and health and safety daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
Ability to work effectively and use own initiative.In the first instance, send CV's to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) (option 1).
