Are you looking for a Plate Waiting opportunity that can give you crucial experience as you advance in your career? If yes, then we have a temporary Plate Waiting position available which would look great on your CV!
Role Overview
As a Plate Waiter, you will be providing support to the food service by delivering plates quickly from the kitchen to tables and clearing them efficiently in between courses. This role is in place for venues to deliver the professional and smooth service that they promise, and to improve the overall guest experience.
What You'll be Doing
* Providing prompt and accurate plate service to guests.
* Clearing plates and glasses between courses and after meals.
* Ensuring professional standards of presentation, service, and hygiene.
* Aiding smooth front-of-house operations throughout service.
What We're Looking For
* At least 6-12 months of experience in plate waiting or in a similar capacity.
* Ability to remain and calm working in a busy environment.
* Confident in carrying multiple plates in a safe and responsible manner.
* Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
* Good knowledge of order of service.
