Plastic Fabricator / Plastic Welder – Manufacturing & Engineering
Are you an experienced Plastic Fabricator, Plastic Welder, Fabricator, or Metal Fabricator looking for your next opportunity?
We are a well-established manufacturer of industrial fume extraction fans and ventilation equipment and are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join our production team.
While experience in plastic fabrication is preferred, we are equally interested in experienced steel or metal fabricators who are keen to learn a specialist trade. Full training in plastic welding and fabrication will be provided for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing
* Manufacturing and assembling bespoke plastic fume extraction fan units and associated equipment.
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
* Plastic welding using hot air welding equipment and recognised fabrication techniques.
* Cutting, machining, drilling, shaping and assembling plastic components.
* Using hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
* Measuring and marking out materials accurately.
* Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
* Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop.
Ideal Candidate
We would like to hear from candidates with experience as a:
* Plastic Fabricator
* Plastic Welder
* Fabricator Welder
* Metal Fabricator
* Sheet Metal Worker
Skills & Experience
* Experience in fabrication, engineering or manufacturing.
* Plastic welding experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Metal fabrication experience welcomed – full plastic welding training provided.
* Ability to read engineering drawings.
* Good mechanical aptitude.
* Confident using hand tools and power tools.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Reliable, hardworking and committed to producing high-quality workmanship.
