Description:

Peace Recruitment Services are currently seeking a reliable Plasterer/Tiler to join our clients Maintenance Team working on void properties across the local area.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will carry out plastering, patch repairs, tiling, and general maintenance works on void properties.

Key responsibilities:

* Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, bonding and rendering

* Wall and floor tiling in kitchens, bathrooms, and other domestic area's

* Prepare surfaces and complete finishing works to a high standard

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a plasterer and tiler within domestic maintenance

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

* Good attention to details and quality workmanship

* Full UK Drivers Licence

* CSCS Card

* Own tools

* Basic Disclosure
