Key Responsibilities: Plasterer and Tiler
CSCS Card needed
The primary responsibilities are detailed below,
Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken e.g., completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job;
Required as part of an existing team carrying out 1 property per day. long term work to the right candidate.
* Ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times, in accordance with all technical standards;
* To build positive working relationships with clients and ensure that all work is completed to a satisfactory level;
* Participate in the ‘out of hour’s service on a rota basis to ensure all issues are dealt with promptly.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Plasterer and Tiler
* Experience in but not limited to:, Plastering and Tiling
* Full Clean UK Driving Licence;
* Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude;
* Ability to work on own or as part of a team;
* Great attention to detail;
* Good communication and customer service skills;
* Full industry recognised qualification obtained to NVQ Level 3, or equivalent;
* CSCS Card;
Working Days/Hours:
* Must be flexible with working days/hours;
