The Role:
Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer Multi Trader to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.
The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied properties across Chelmsford.
This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.
Main duties include; -
Multi Trader
Plastering - Full walls and ceilings
Basic carpentry repairs
Basic plumbing repairs
Painting & decorating
Splash back tilingSocial Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Plasterer Multi Trader role.
