I am looking for a Plasterer Multi Trade to work for a housing association in Hertfordshire area. The work is on a temp to perm basis and will be working on the day to day repairs team.
The Plasterer Multi Trade will be responsible for:
Performing plastering duties internally and externally in properties
2nd fix carpentry work
2nd fix plumbing
Finishing work such as tiling and painting
The right Plasterer Multi Trade will need:
Own van and tools
Experience working in social housing
NVQ or equivalent in Plastering
In return the Plasterer Multi Trade will get:
Between £19 and £21 per hour for first 3 months
Perm salary of £30,000 per year after first 3 months
Weekly pay through agency to start (CIS or PAYE)
Extra performance related bonuses when perm
Van and fuel card when permanent
