Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors. They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50m and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years.

Purpose of the Role

* To deliver Plastering for responsive or routine maintenance repairs

* To deliver plastering work on construction contracts

* To discuss issues directly on site with customers to determine exact requirements

* Carry out work to specifications, drawing and work sheets

* To act as a mentor within the workplace for apprentices

* Accurately complete all relevant internal and external paperwork

* To drive company vehicles responsibly

Experience Requried

* Plastering full homes

* Dot & Dab

* Dry Lining

* Patch Plastering

* (Plumbing / Tiling / Joinery) Not essential

Qualifications & Skills

* Time Served or City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Plastering

* Own Tools

* Full UK Driving Licence

* CSCS Card (Desirable)
