Location: North London
Rate: £212 per day (Umbrella)
Contract: 3-Month Ongoing Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team in North London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of plastering repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of plastering repairs and maintenance.
Complete patch plastering, skimming, rendering, and making good works.
Work within occupied and void social housing properties.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents.
Adhere to all health and safety procedures.Essential Requirements
Proven experience as a Plasterer.
Previous experience working within a social housing environment.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.What's on Offer?
