Description:
TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Plasterer to join a property maintenance company in Warwick, working within their social housing sector. The suitable Plasterer will need to have a strong background in plastering, preferrably within a social housing/ domestic setting.
The starting salary for this Plasterer role is £32-33K but with on target earnings and overtime, it can amount to £37-38k. This role is on site, 8:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday).
As a Plasterer your duties will be –
* Working on all aspects of plastering within tenanted properties
* Patch repairs, full plaster works, skimming, coving, bonding etc
* Using PDA’s to track, monitor and progress work

The ideal Plasterer must have –
* Experience working on social housing or local council contracts
* Experience of using PDA
* Own set of required tools
* Full UK driving license
