SOCIAL HOUSING
Location: Sheffield
Pay Rate: £22 per hour CIS
Job Type: Temporary – Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate
Bamford Contract Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to work on Social Housing projects in Sheffield and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Plasterer looking for long-term, ongoing work with an immediate start available.
Plasterer Duties:
Plastering in tenanted Social Housing properties
Patching and repairs
Skimming
Boarding
Two-coat plastering
Internal and external rendering
Coving and cornice
Insulation work
General plastering and associated repairs
Plasterer Requirements:
Previous Social Housing / tenanted property experience essential
Proven experience as a Plasterer
Own vehicle and tools
Asbestos Awareness
Manual Handling
Working at Height
