Location: Avonmouth
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
You will join a friendly company based in Avonmouth, currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Plant Supervisor to join our team. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Management:

Identify and address operational issues and potential problems.
Seek out opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Customer Service:

Handle and resolve customer queries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Staff Coordination:

Maintain and manage the holiday schedule for plant and operational staff.
Ensure correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available and used appropriately by staff.
Fuel and Equipment Management:

Oversee daily fuel requirements, including all plant and satellite sites.
Manage daily plant requirements and movements, ensuring accurate collation and adjustments to the plant sheet.
Payroll Support:

Assist with the attendance tracking of operational and plant staff to support payroll processes.
Cost Management:

Organize and track the costs associated with road brush requirements.
Training and Development:

Coordinate with your supervisor to ensure all staff training requirements are met and available.
Departmental Support:

Provide additional support to the Transport & Operations department as needed.

Proven experience in managing teams with strong time management and planning skills.
Demonstrated commitment to achieving results and meeting deadlines.
Geographical Knowledge:

Excellent understanding of the geographical area relevant to our operations.
