Salary: £28,840.00 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri (Rotational shift pattern of 06:00-14:00 & 14:00 till 22:00)

What you'll be doing;

Handle raw materials and support product quality control throughout the wood pellet production process.
Monitor production activity to ensure operational KPIs are achieved.
Carry out routine plant inspections and complete operational adjustments as required.
Operate plant and equipment safely and efficiently in line with training and site procedures.
Collect, record and report accurate plant and production data.
Work in accordance with the company's Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
Comply with all relevant legislation, policies and operational procedures.
Complete ongoing training and development to improve the knowledge and skills required for the role.
What we're looking for;

A full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport, due to the location of the site.
Strong IT skills, including the ability to record and report operational data accurately.
The ability to operate a range of mobile equipment, following appropriate training.
Previous experience in a similar production, processing, plant or operational role would be advantageous.
Completion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship or operational training course would be advantageous.
An understanding of quality control, KPI monitoring and safe plant operation.
A willingness to undertake continued learning and development relevant to the role.
