Description:
My prestigious Ravenshead based client are currently seeking a Plant Nursery Worker to support their team.
Day-to-day duties include:
* Providing the highest levels of customer service.
* Maintaining the plants/stock area
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery premises
* Perform some heavy lifting tasks to move plants, soil, and other materials around the nursery
* Irrigate plants using appropriate watering techniques
* Work in adverse weather conditions if required
* Helping to serve the customers
The ideal candidate:
* To be a keen gardener or have a similar hobby with plants would be advantageous.
* Plant nursery experience would be desirable, however, is not essential.
* Happy working part-time hours on a temporary basis.
Hours of Work:
* 2 Days per week (Part Time) – Mondays & Fridays.
* 9am start, 30-minute lunch and a 3pm-4pm finish (depending on the needs of the business)
Please note: this position is initially offered as a Temporary Position as cover, however, currently has no end date.
