We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General/Operations/Plant Manager to join our team as they embark upon an exciting new chapter. Reporting to the Managing Director and as a key member of their senior leadership team, they will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of our manufacturing facility. With aspirations for growth, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our company both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

Our ideal candidate will have the following.
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
* Proven experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in electronics or related sectors.
* Strong operational and financial acumen, with a track record of achieving targets and driving profitability.
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
* In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
* Proficient in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance.
