Job Title: Plant Manager
£60,000 Basic | Bonus Scheme
Monday - Friday - Day Shift
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large recycling process facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the plant, delivering optimal biogas production, managing operations team, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise all aspects of plant operations, maintenance, and performance.
* Monitor and optimise site production performance
* Ensure strict compliance with environmental permits, HSE regulations, and company standards.
* Lead and develop a skilled team of technicians and operators.
* Coordinate plant maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
* Analyse plant data and prepare operational reports.
* Drive process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience working within a industrial process environment - Recycling, Energy From Waste (EFW), Biogas, Anaerobic Digestion, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power Generation
* WAMITAB certification or equivalent (or willingness to attain).
