£70,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Excellent opportunity for a Plant Manager to join an innovative multi-million-pound organisation to set up & oversee their newly acquired site just outside Glasgow.
This role has a strong focus on proactive and autonomous decision making around site investments, team development, and driving continuous improvements.
An ideal applicant will be a seasoned plant manager (or similar) with strong team leadership abilities and a proven background in CI. Ideally you will have experience working in the heavy engineering, environmental services, chemical, mining, or similar industry.
The company are a market leader in the heavy engineering sector currently undergoing significant growth & investment. Due to this growth & investment, we are currently seeking a Plant Manager to join the senior leadership team on a full time & permanent basis.
In this position you will report directly to the Group Operations Director and have full autonomy over the site. You will play a key role in site investments, team development, QHSE, and general overall improvements.

*Responsible for site operations, including production, QHSE, and engineering.
*Full autonomy reporting straight to Director of Operations
