Plant Manager - Site Turnaround
Close to Livingston
Salary: to £85k pa + benefits
Escape Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Plant Manager to help turn around a complex industrial plant.
The site has experienced operational and reliability challenges. You will lead the existing management team to improve:
Plant reliability, availability and performance
Maintenance and asset management
Leadership capability and accountability
Workplace culture
Processes and operating standards
Health, safety and environmental performanceWe need a visible, hands-on leader who can quickly assess the operation, make difficult decisions and challenge under-performance. You must also be able to develop existing managers and bring the wider team through change.
You could come from power generation, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, paper, plastics, cement, aggregates or another continuous-process industry.
Strong leadership and evidence of improving a challenging industrial operation are more important.
This is a permanently site-based position
