*
Oversee operational budgets, business plans, financial reporting and performance monitoring, implementing corrective actions where required.
*
Lead, develop and motivate a multidisciplinary site team, supporting recruitment, employee development and effective day to day management.
*
Coordinate fuel reception, maintenance planning, safety and environmental procedures, while working with internal stakeholders to identify operational improvements.
Candidate Requirements
*
A strong technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering or a related discipline, ideally supported by commercial experience.
*
Significant management experience within the power generation industry, ideally within a power plant or renewable baseload energy environment.
*
Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, environmental permits and relevant management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Private medical insurance and a healthcare cash plan, subject to successful completion of probation.
*
Employer pension contribution of 6%, life assurance and contractual sick pay.
*
