Salary & Benefits
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
Overtime available
Monday-Friday working hours (7:00am-5:00pm)
Occasional Saturday mornings (7:00am-12:00pm)
28 days holiday including Bank Holidays

The Role
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a fleet of heavy plant machinery.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical faults.
Service and maintain HGVs, material handlers, excavators, loading shovels, crushers, trommels and screening equipment.
Complete breakdown repairs to minimise equipment downtime.
Accurately complete maintenance records and service documentation.
Requirements
Previous experience working on heavy plant, construction plant, quarry equipment, recycling machinery or agricultural equipment.
Strong mechanical and hydraulic fault-finding skills.
Basic electrical diagnostic knowledge (12v/24v systems desirable).
Ability to work independently and within a busy engineering team.
