As the Plant Fitter, your duties will include:
Maintain all construction plant equipment to an extremely high standard including diagnosing faults, servicing and PDIs on site.
Carrying out breakdown, service, and repairs on construction plant machinery
Routine services on the plant equipment involving Diggers, Dumpers, Vogel Pavers, Excavators, Paving, Piling Machines & Rollers, Light Commercial Vehicles / LCVs, Generators or similar equipment.
Working on manufactures such as JCB, Kubota, Volvo and Liebherr.

To be successful for the role of the Plant Fitter, you will have also worked in positions such as, Engineer, Mechanic, Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer, Workshop Plant Fitter, Workshop Engineer, Service Fitter, Service Engineer, Plant Technician, Field Service Engineer, Service Technician, Heavy Plant Engineer, or Plant Mechanic. You will have also worked on the following equipment: Diggers, Dumpers, Excavators, Telehandlers, Rollers, Material Handling, Forklifts, Loaders, Commercial Vehicles, LCVs, Trucks etc.
The successful candidate will ideally live in Wakefield, Normanton, Castleford, Pontefract, Knottingly, Leeds and surrounding areas.
