Location: Ashford, Kent
Salary: £16–£20 per hour DOE + Overtime + Company Bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (Overtime paid at time and a half / double time)
We are recruiting a Plant Engineer on behalf of a family-run machinery business in Ashford.
The role involves servicing and repairing a range of light construction plant and agricultural machinery, with a mix of workshop and mobile work. A fully expensed company vehicle is provided, alongside manufacturer-led training and development.
Requirements:
Experience working on plant, agricultural, groundcare or similar machinery.
Good knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, electrics and hydraulics.
Full UK driving licence.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Engineering qualification preferred but not essential.Package:
£16–£20 per hour DOE + paid overtime.
