Planning Officer – Rugby Council

Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a Planning Officer

Attached. Further details below:

* Deal with and determine a range of submissions including planning applications Advertisement Consents, Certificate of Lawfulness applications, prior approval notifications and Listed Building Consents.

* Deal with planning appeals.

* Provide planning advice and support to fellow officers.

* Help to negotiate Section 106 agreements.

* Provide planning, enforcement and specialist conservation and Listed Building advice to the public, Councillors, statutory authorities, professional agents and other related customers at all stages in the planning and enforcement process.

Part remote, ideally 2 days remote and 3 days in the office.
