Pertemps are looking for a proactive and organised Planning & Compliance Coordinator to join our busy onsite team at SWDC Severn Beach Bristol.
The Role
You’ll support workforce planning, driver management, compliance, and client service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing staffing and weekly workforce planning
Supporting drivers with queries, scheduling, and payroll
Building strong client and candidate relationships
Ensuring compliance and service standards are met
Monitoring KPIs, fulfilment, and reportingWhat We’re Looking For

Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
Experience in recruitment, planning, logistics, or compliance preferred
