One of our premier clients is looking for an Execution Planning Advisor for their petrochemical plant in Fife. This position is INSIDE IR35
Are you looking to make a significant impact in the execution planning of critical projects? This position offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate front-end execution planning activities, ensuring the successful delivery of key project stages.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and coordination of execution planning efforts, including audits of contractors and project teams.
Drive front-end execution planning workshops to identify and mitigate execution issues.
Develop key execution planning deliverables that support business cases through various project milestones.
Act as the FEEP Coordinator, setting up and facilitating planning workshops and integrating execution bases to support project deliverables.
Monitor project status and support the project team with execution-related activities during the execute stage.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in execution planning, participating in project reviews and assessments.
Client is looking for:
A BSc or MSc in Engineering is preferred.
Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on project management and execution.
Leadership experience in managing capital projects across all phases, including international assignments.
Proficiency in Primavera P6; experience in the petrochemical sector is a plus.
Flexibility for international business travel as required.
Hours
Standard schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off
