Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Our client, a growing planning consultancy has a requirement for a Town Planner to join their Bury St Edmunds based team. The successful Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of residential and commercial applications for their clients.
Experience:
Ideally candidates will have a significant experience of preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers. Applicants will ideally have consultancy or house builder experience however local authority backgrounds will also be considered.
