This is a pivotal role for a confident, trusted Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the planning backbone for projects across the business, working independently to build robust programmes while embedding yourself as a key advisor to Project Management and Commercial teams.

Commercial & PM Alignment: Partner closely with Project Managers and Commercial teams to track progress, evaluate delays, map critical paths, and provide accurate forecasting data.
Stakeholder Management: Adopt a highly consultative, collaborative communication style to advise internal delivery teams and manage external client expectations confidently at all levels.
Contract Administration: Utilise a strong working knowledge of NEC contracts to manage schedule variations, early warnings, and compensation events efficiently.
Progress Tracking & Reporting: Conduct baseline reviews, physical progress measurements, and schedule impact analyses, translating complex data into clear reports for senior management. What We're Looking For:

Security & Compliance: Due to the sensitive nature of the projects and asset locations, we're seeking candidates holding SC or DV Clearance (or who are eligible and hold a British passport).
Communication Style: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong client-facing pedigree. You must be an independent worker who is confident advising teams, building deep rapport, and acting as a trusted project partner.Work Structure & Location:

Onboarding: Based fully in the Berkshire office for the first 3-6 months to ensure comprehensive integration with the team and projects.
Hybrid Split: Following successful onboarding, the role splits between site visits and office-based work over a 5-day week, with the potential for 1-2 days working from home (WFH) if commuting from a further distance. What's on Offer (Package & Benefits):

Bonus: Discretionary performance-related bonus scheme, paid twice-yearly (May and November).
Time Off: 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
