We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Planner to join our dynamic team focused on smart motorways projects. As a Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of smart motorways initiatives, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality infrastructure that meets both client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules for smart motorways projects, considering all aspects of planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, contractors, and government agencies, to gather project requirements, establish milestones, and track progress.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential issues or bottlenecks that may impact project delivery, offering proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
Monitor project performance against established timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to project teams and senior management, and recommending adjustments as necessary.
Utilise project management software and tools to maintain accurate project documentation, track project expenses, and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking opportunities to streamline processes, optimise resource allocation, and enhance overall project efficiency.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the transportation or infrastructure sector.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential challenges and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of project planning and execution.
