Planned Works Surveyor
Maidenhead - £47,000 - £50,000 per annum
Permanent - 37 hours - Flexible working
Are you an experienced surveyor passionate about delivering top-notch maintenance and improvement projects? Joshua Robert is looking for a dedicated Planned Works Surveyor to join our client's Asset Management team!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver planned maintenance and major repair projects.
Procure contractors and consultants, ensuring value for money.
Prepare detailed specifications and contract documents.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including CDM and Building Control.
Manage contracts, issue orders, chair meetings, and authorize payments.
Provide cost and project updates, ensuring projects stay within budget.
Gather and act on customer feedback. Requirements:
HNC/HND in Building Surveying or equivalent.
Experience in writing specifications, managing contracts, and leading projects within budget.
Strong understanding of residential structures, building defects, and construction contracts.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with various contract forms.
Valid driving license and the ability to use PPE for site inspections. Desirable:
