Description:

I am looking for a Planned Works Surveyor to join a well-respected housing association based in the South West . The Planned Works Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out surveys on kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows and FRA'S. This is a rolling temporary contract.

Planned Works Surveyor duties:

Assist with the supervision of planned/cyclical housing maintenance contracts, in order to maintain decent homes standards
Carry out surveys in properties looking at kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows and FRA'S.
Foster and maintain a collaborative working environment
What is needed to be successful in being a Planned Works Surveyor:

Experience delivering planned maintenance surveys such as kitchens and bathrooms
Social Housing experience
Experience in a similar position

50% working from home
Mileage paid from office to sites
