Elevate Projects are working in partnership with out client, a reputable local provider of affordable housing and not for profit developer , to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to their busy Technical team.
You will:
Undertake client side management of a variety of Planned work Programmes, such as component replacement, decarbonisation and retrofit, and home improvements, ensuring that all properties are maintained to Decent Homes standard and contract costs remain within budgets and quality standards.
Manage all day-to-day contract and/or commercial issues and disputes, ensuring they progress according to due process and are resolved with minimum impact
Inspect the quality of work completed by partnering contractors, and review costs and performance, proactively identifying and taking appropriate steps to achieve improved performance
