With the new financial year approaching it's a great time to pick up something new.
You'll be working with a Local Authority in Kent who is looking for a Surveyor (maybe yourself) to assist with their planned maintenance program.
If you have experience with writing specifications, contract administration and contract management then this could be for you.
This is an initial 3-month rolling contract with the potential for extension (highly likely), I have placed the majority of the team and everyone has stayed beyond their initial contract duration.
