A growing national RBCA is looking for 2F Plan Checkers across the UK to join their expanding team.
This is a role where you’ll be involved from design through to approval, not just reviewing and moving on.
Key Responsibilities
Assess building control applications (domestic to complex commercial)
Get involved in pre- and post-design discussions
Review drawings and technical submissions
Support compliance decisions and approvals
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and project teams
What You’ll Need
BSR Registered (minimum 2F)
Strong knowledge of Building Regulations
Ability to manage your own workload
Confident communication skills
