Description:
Our client, a leading company in the Defence & Security industry, is currently seeking a Detail Designer - Piping to join their team. This is a 12-month contract position based at their site in Scotstoun, with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days per week onsite.
Job Requirements:
Piping Design
Experience in Defence industry
Knowledge of foran (desirable)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed designs and layouts for piping systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design compliance
Create 2D and 3D models using design software
Produce accurate technical documentation
Conduct thorough quality checks on designs
Adhere to project timelines and budgets
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
