The Details
Location: Coalville
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00 shift
Pay: £13.66 per hour
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll manage the full cycle of order fulfilment:
Prepare orders precisely by picking, packing, engraving, and sorting items.
Load and unload delivery trucks using manual methods, pump trucks, or forklifts.
Assist with the inventory control process.
Use warehouse management systems and hand-held scanners to process orders efficiently.
Work closely with your team to ensure smooth shifts.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment, adhering to all safety rules.
What You'll Need
Physical ability to lift up to 30 kg and stand/walk for long periods (10-12 hours per shift).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
Basic understanding of written and spoken English.
Comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment (noise, temperature variations, fast pace).
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
Familiarity with technology (scanners, handheld devices, computers) is beneficial.
